[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this nasal mist every day , sometimes twice a day.! With the heat turned on, the air in my house is very dry. I do feel like keeping your nasal passages moist is much healthier and keeps you from having that dry feeling you're about to get a nosebleed. My sinuses seem to love it! I recommend this product - it's better than the sea salt ones that I've seen in the stores, the add addition of essential oils is really nice.

With the essential oils it contains, I feel that it makes a huge difference from other mists I have used. The weather where I live is getting very dried and this mist helps me to breath better.

It doesn't irritate or burn or feel uncomfortable and comes out easily. It's saline-activated formula containing erythritol, xylitol, sea salt and essential oils, so I feel good knowing that I'm not stuffing chemicals in my nose.

It soothes and cleans my nasal passages so that I breathe better. I also love the natural ingredients it contains such as: Eucalyptus oil and Spearmint oil. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't get colds often but when I do, the main issue is a stuffy nose. Breath strips work but they are uncomfortable. So time to go to the root of the problem. This is really easy to use and doesn't run badly like some. It has a cooling effect which seems to help open up the nasal passage. My only issue is that itdoesn'tseem to last very long. I usually end up using another spray within an hour or so. Through the night that's tough. Though also probably not necessary. Anyway, this is great for a short term solution. Also nice that it seems pretty natural.

However, it did not work on a really stuffed-up nose due to the cold. It would take some time before the stuffiness would clear.
