About 15 years ago, under my doctor's direction, I began taking vitamins. Six months later I could feel an improvement in my condition. At that time I began experimenting with various supplements. Some worked. Some didn't. Three months ago I added "Amino Complete" to my regimen. The results were immediate and dramatic. Either "Amino Complete" supercharged the vitamins or the vitamins supercharged the "Amino Complete." Either way, if you are taking a vitamin regimen, you should seriously consider adding amino acids.
