Good products for help students learning hard and relaxing and sleeping!
I was using daily, now I use as needed. It seems to help calm my mind especially when I am anxious. It does not make me sleepy, however it helps me go to sleep on those nights when I’m having trouble falling asleep. I find that I like Now brand due to minimal ingredients. I am grateful for Swanson’s prices on all the brands they carry!
It has a somewhat calming effect, when taken consistently, without deep drowsy...calms without excessive relaxation

While alone for me this was not particuarly effective for anxiety nor had it other mental features, it mellows me down, and I use it occasionally in/after stressful situations. It proved especially good to alleviate stimulant side effects, regulate cardiac rhythm and relieve stress dyspnea.
