The dose of 200 mg is fine, it really does more than 100mg for me. Very relaxing feeling it gives. Use it before bedtime with melatonin and Gaba

Love this product, it really does help with calming effects at night, the only issue is the high price, but at the same thought, your getting 200 mg of L-theanine and most are only 100 mg!
I don't feel a good feeling yet.
I have tried other supplements to lesson my anxious moments but L-Theanine seems to take the edge off. If I'm feeling uptight, I usually take two or three capsules and that helps relieve my anxiety. I have been satisfied with the product and would recommend it for treating anxiety and also for relaxation. Plus there aren't any side affects
