A Must Have
The brand of Magnesium I purchased before were in amber soft gel casings. I bought capsules until I ordered Mag+ soft gels. I've not used the soft gels yet. However, I opened the bottle and the soft gels are in a clear casing and the product has separated into a white paste and oil or water? Not a fan of seeing the product separation. Although that may be what happens to products in any "casing". I liked the other brand of vitamins because the soft gels were in an amber casing which preserves the quality of the product better in my opinion. That is my only "negative" about the product. I don't expect the Mag+ to taste any different...No taste and easy to swallow I hope because the soft gel is a bit large. I don't know if I will repurchase this soft gel brand.

I went to a fair amount of trouble to find a good deal on Magnesium Citrate. This looked like a good deal- it says (look at it!) 400mg, 180 softgels. IN FACT, it is 400mg for THREE softgels- so the bottle only contains 60 doses of 480mg, NOT 180. It therefore cost me three times as much as I thought per dose. I am supremely annoyed.
These things are HUGE. And you are supposed to take 3 a day. I paid almost $20 for these, opened them up, and they are going into the trash.
Absolutely huge! These things are bigger than any pill I have ever seen and require 3 per day as recommended serving size. Had I known this, I would never have purchased them!
