Great supplement for energy to add to your regular thyroid meds
I find NOW brand items to always have great quality
I take this product with my daily Thyroid prescription to boost my energy and I can feel the difference when it is left off.
I've been taking Thyroid Energy for 3 weeks now. I have a normal functioning thyroid. I'm 47yrs old and perimenopausal. I was looking for ways to keep my cortisol levels steady without fluctuating. I had slim to no energy prior to taking Thyroid energy and other NOW supplements. After taking 2 capsules daily religiously for the first week I noticed a difference in my energy. It wasn't a drastic difference but I noticed I had a little extra pep in my step. As time went on I really noticed a change. I wasn't dragging and forcing myself to do housework or exercise. Now I'm walking/hiking 2-3 miles a day. I feel healthier and happier. Before the littlest thing would be a HUGE stressor for me. I can now handle stressful situations. I'm walking/hiking. I'm cleaning my house without feeling exhausted.
I love this product, it gives me the extra boost I need for my thyroid and I feel the energy I am supposed to feel. Its wonderfully shipped and easy to take.
This is an excellent formula with the addition of Ashwagandha and L-Tyrosine. It definitely works when taken consistently.
Chose this for the ingredients and reasonable price. After much reading and research, this formula seems to have the right ingredients in the right amounts. Price is reasonable. Will continue to use this, prefer over synthetic thyroid.
I think it's working…
So far I have not noticed a difference in my energy level or appetite as others have noticed . What I did experience was severe nausea when I took them on an empty stomach . When I take them with food I still experience mild nausea so I'm not sure if I will continue much longer .
I can't say if this is really helpful for energy or thyroid health because it has been so rough on my stomach. Definitely eat before you take these if you have a sensitive stomach.
