Great for a good night Zzzzz
Great to take for anxiety and no sleepiness or hangover. Vegetable capsules dissolves easily no upset stomach.
One useful herb i use nightly to relax muscles. While other things relax the brain, valerian truly works on muscles.
Seems to make me a little drowsy.
This is my go to sleep aid all natural and very effective. AIDS in calming nd relaxing just before bed helps me go to sleep and stay sleep. Just be prepared for the smell its stinky

Not as potent as Ihad hoped but puts me to sleep when I need it.
It just doesn't work for me
Certainly not as potent as other brands with a thousand units per pill. Valarian root is the base from which Valium/Diazepam is composed of. I usually take seven a nights or I will toss and turn with too much pain. This helps bridge the transition to sleep. Sleep is important to heal the body. This is the best price for bang and I gave it two stars as this product cuts corners a bit in extraction.
So disappointed!! I've used the Swanson brand of Valerian for decades and always have been happy with it. Swanson brand was not available when I needed it and having used Now brand in other herbs I gave it a try. Yikes! I feel no effects and am very disappointed ☹️
