"All natural ingredients" means this cream is mixed in such a way that it becomes the exact color of feces. Put it on and by the end of the day you have a realistic looking "racing stripe" in your underwear. It's embarrassing, my daughter was helping out with laundry the other day and I had to explain to her that her dad doesn't "poop his pants.."
