Well after the box arrived the first time it was completely damaged due to the fact that there was absolutely NO insulation or packing materials in the box. Needless to say the basket was nearly squished in half and I had to send it out for a replacement. The second one arrived very quickly however and was in much better shape. I am disappointed with the color though...it looks much lighter than pictured. I am going to stain it though so I don't have to return it again. Overall it's just an ok product but it will serve it's purpose and it was relatively inexpensive so I'm not too worried about it.
