Im a huge believer in intra-workout products so when i find one that works i stick to it and this product definitely works. the main things i look for in an intra-workout supplement is if it helps me maintain my enery,strength,stamina & recovery time betweens sets & DEFY does exactly that. Not only is it very effective, but bruisin berry taste amazing ! .. so all around great product
I use DEFY every time i go workout. Its an amazing IntraWorkout that quickens recovery time, is tasty i like the flavors , it boosts my strength and is a great overall product. I absolutely have no bad things to say about it. I recommend this product to everyone out there
I receive this product a while ago but i waited to review this becuase i like to track my progress when using new supplements, and this product passed. Before this, i had never heard of this supplement company but now i am a customer. This supplement tastes amazing (i got the grape flavor), it almosts takes like a cheat meal it is so sweet. i love it and it satisfies my cravings for something sweet and i know what is going into by body will actually help me and not harm me. Great job on this product Nutrex, I'm a fan. I am interested in trying some of your other supplements! Do you guys provide free samples?
I've tried several different amino acids supplements and have decided this is my favorite! This product is a great deal for the money! I must have needed some aminos in my diet, I feel better than I have in years!
Amino Drive is a great product!! Nutrex most definitely made Amino Drive better by going to the flavored powder formula!!! I take Amino drive twice a day, once in the morning before my workout and again between my lunch and supper. After taking this I feel more energetic throughout the day, very little muscle soreness and improved my recovery time!! I'm normally not a apple flavored drink fan, but the Apple Ambush taste great and now I'm hooked on it!! Most definitely going to try the fruit punch flavor as well!!
I've only tried Gashin' Grape and it's delicious! I prepare it and drink it while I'm working out at the gym. Especially when I'm going heavy with my weights. I definitely recommend this to my friends!
I always take hemo rage 1 hour before i train and then take a full scoop of amino drive during workouts. Helps me from crashing do to loss off aminos etc. Stay focused longer.
I use the DEFY product after workouts to promote better and faster recovery time. Its so easy to use, one scoop and ready to go! I was pleasently surprised on how good it taste. So far I've only had the grape flavor but looking forward to trying all of them. As far as the results, I thought it worked best taking it about a 30 minutes after working out. I had less muscle soreness and felt great the next day! Overall I would recommend this product to everyone. Very reasonably priced and effective!!!
I have wanted to try this for quite sometime now but have not been able to find it in stores. It was great to see they did an online sale of this so I was all over it. Ill have to say I noticed my recovery time was cut short and gave me a good boost of energy. The creatine is high quality and makes a big difference.
I want to say Thank you Nutrex since I received this supplement for free in a giveaway. Overall, this was a decent product. It was effective enough in aiding in recovery. It also gave me a little boost when I took it before working out but nothing crazy. The worst part about this product was the taste and the mixability. Not only was this the worst tasting product I've ever had, it was the worst one to mix also. There were always particles left on the bottom. I have never been one to really care about the taste of a supplement because you don't really buy them for the taste, but this might be an exception. Probably won't buy again or hopefully I'll have better luck with a different flavor.
