Not sure what the 1 star reviews are about. This blender is a huge step up from my last. Only thing is that it can take a few tries to get the blender cup into the correct position that allows it to lock to base, but only takes an extra second or two.
Without a doubt, this is the best blender I have ever owned. Very powerful. If I could change one thing about this blender, it would be the pouring spout. I feel the mouth of the spout is too wide and not cut deep enough so you can control the of pouring liquids into a container. Other than that, I love this blender.

I've owned three and gave two as a gift and just purchased this one. It does what it's supposed to do and I couldn't be any happier.
An excellent product that I have used before.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the dark gray color and substantial design. While the blender is a larger size that can fit alot, it barely fits on my kitchen counter. Our counter top to cabinet height is standard and it just barely clears. You cannot take the pitcher off without moving the whole unit out from under the cabinet. Not a huge pain but annoying especially wrestling with the suction cup feet. The pitcher part of the blender is substantial and can really fit a lot. While I like that feature, that downside is ensuring everything is evenly mixed. It comes with a tamper to help ensure you push the ingredients down but I really prefer to just put in my ingredients and walk away. The control buttons feel a little cheap when pushed and the metal mixing blade doesn't come off which is a nice safety but also difficult to clean thoroughly.
it started out being really good I used it three times I woke up this morning ready to use it it came on the lights were flashing didn't do a thing so now I'm going to see if I can return it man was I bummed
