Love the size and how it easy it is to just push a couple of buttons and start. Everything has been fluffy and steamed to perfection.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our nutribullet every grain cooker. It's become a staple in our nightly dinners. It cooks rice to the perfect tenderness and is extremely easy to use. We like it so much we plan on giving it to some family members for Christmas.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the NutriBullet Every Grain Cooker for the last few weeks, and I am a HUGE fan. We eat a lot of white and brown rice. It was made perfectly each time! I love that the various grain settings are right on the control panel, so all you need to do is choose the one you're cooking and hit start. I have to say that my favorite option is for oats. There is a delay start option, so I'm able to prepare my breakfast oats and then delay the start until I get up in the morning. It makes perfect oats for me! It's also extremely convenient to have the option to steam veggies or fish while cooking grains below. I have other small appliances that end up in the closet because they aren't used often enough. That won't be the case with this! It's already getting regular use. I highly recommend the Every Grain Cooker.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a little over a month ago. My family loves it. We are always on the move for one reason or another, so having something that we can use alot. I specifically love the delay start which alots you up to 12 hours. This is a great feature for when you want to time your dinners to be ready at the same time. We have tried cooking all kinds of grains in the cooker, and they have always come out great. It's pretty easy to do since the have buttons for the more common grains, and even have a page in the User Guide to walk you through cooking ancient grains like amaranth, farro, buckwheat, etc. The only ancient grain I have made in it is buckwheat for tabouli. That came out perfect. The cooker has a 10 quart non-stick cooking pot, steaming basket, rice spatula, a rice/grain measuring cup, and a recipe book. There is even a guide that tells you how to steam each type of vegetable in the user guide. We've tried a few of the recipes in the book, so far the kids like the rice pudding one the best. I was genuinely surprised how well this works. Usually products seem great, but then aren't or become a giant hassle to use and maintain. Those products get put on the back shelf in the garage or donated. We keep this on our counter right next to the stove. This will continued to be used 3 to 5 days a week.
My favorite appliance! I found this about a year ago, and love it. I've given one as a wedding present, bought one for my daughter in college, one for my son for his first home. I'm telling you - it's the best rice cooker / multitasker.
Very nice rice/grain cooker - steamer. Cooks rice "fluffier" than other rice cookers. Takes longer but results are worth it. Nice steamer feature too. Well made. I sometimes use a typical pot steam basket (nylon) when I need more depth for larger steamed dishes.
I tried out using my EveryGrain with an oatmeal recipe provided in the book. Wow this was so easy and great! Please please please make a larger dedicated recipe book with more options... I love this cooker! The size is perfect for easy storage. Easy to clean too!
Easy to use, makes super tasty rice and grains
I make a lot of wild rice on the brown rice setting. I only use one scoop at a time, but every time a few of the pieces of rice and a lot of liquid comes out of the steam holes and makes a big slimy mess :( Does anyone have any ideas about what I can do differently? The mess it makes is no fun to clean up!
Really not impressed. I came from having an aroma for around 10 years and I needed a more fitting size. I replaced it with this cooker and its about 1/3 chance whether the rice will be properly cooked, undercooked, or burned on the bottom. Using same ratio that I would use previously, used their measuring cup, used the finger method. Nothing gets us consistent rice. The steamer function is completely useless. You set the timer for the intended steam time, but it never initiates the timer when it starts steaming. It get stuck in the heat up setting. This may be because I am at high altitude, but it simply doesnt work where my aroma had no issues with the steamer setting at the same altitude. Quite disappointed in this product and looking for a replacement about a year later
