The Nutribullet is good quality, but I didn't get what I ordered. This listing is for an all-black Nutribullet. I got a black and silver Nutribullet from a third-party seller, not even directly from Walmart. I didn't even want to go through trying to return it or know how to return it. I'm very disappointed that I didn't get what I ordered
I got this to mostly make smoothies and eventually baby food. It did chop up fruits and vegetables into a smooth texture... the motor itself was great. I also liked the travel cups. HOWEVER there were some critical issues and I returned it after a week. The blade assembly never screwed on the cups right... it would always leak. then that's not even the worst part... I made a smoothie with a little ice (following the instructions for the amount to use) and I rinsed the blades off and then I saw the BLADE CHIPPED!!! I threw my drink out and decided this one wasnt for me. It gets two stars only because the motor was powerful and it did chop fresh fruits and veggies up but I dont recommend using ice.
Why does Walmart send a used motor and cup to me? Is this the second-hand trade market?
I just opened my delivery and the box is TAPED CLOSED. This Has Got to Be a Used Item or a Return. I spent Good Money on this, but All I Get is a Used or Old Item, UNETHICAL!!!!!!!!
I used this like once in 2 weeks to make a smoothie and what I found is that brown sludge coming out of my NutriBullet around the motor mechanism. Even though it doesn't mix with my food while blending, when I open the jar it gets all over my hands. Smells like rust and its not good.
I ordered champagne and received black. I have messaged the seller to see if they'll send me the one that I bought. I will update this review if they send me the correct one I ordered. Pretty disappointed right now.
I don't get it. With Nutribullet, my luck has been the WORST. The first one I bought, it stopped working 2 times in 1 year. So the next time, I did my research and bought this one. And I used it carefully. Only cold things. Never hot, never just solids. And I must have used it 4-5 times and then just one month after, it stops working. No clue, nothing. It just wouldn't spin. I don't know about you, but it seems like buying from this brand was a mistake. I am done with this brand.
