I always give a new supplement 90 days before I make any assessment. I have been in the Gym now for 50 plus years and this is one of the best supplement I have tried!! I have added to my daily intake and noticed increased intensity and a Pump that is almost impossible to describe. Even my wife has remarked on my appearance. If you are on the fence, jump over it and try it. It works for me.
I normally buy the unflavored Nutricost Citrulline Malate powder but thought I'd give this flavored one a try. It tastes great when I mix it in with my protein powder drink. I always buy the Nutricost brand because it's priced great, ships quick and is a staple of my daily workout supplements.
Love this stuff...works wonders for lowering blood pressure (for me at least) and this Nutricost is very good quality. I mix it in with a protein shake because the taste is very tart. I would recommend mixing it with a glass of apple juice or put it in your protein shake.
It seams like it does what it supposed to.
Helps with sustaining energy and strength.
My son sent me the first jug of your L-Citruline Malate, in an effort to reduce the swelling in my feet, ankles and calves that resulted from an allergy to a prescribed medication. I reordered two more jugs, in the hope of reduction of the swelling, possibly even a cure. The condition has seemingly not worsened since beginning this treatment nearly 6 months ago, but the L-Citruline has so far not remedied the situation. I continue using it daily, because it may have halted the previous worsening of the condition. Hopefully it will reverse those symptoms with continued use. Not as easy as Amazon since it's a 3rd party purchase.
I’ve not felt any difference yet, but I’ll try a larger serving and report on that later, if possible.
Been using it for a while now. No indication that it's doing anything. 3 scoops 30min pre-workout, no real pump. I bought this brand for being made in USA. I wanted to avoid the stimulants and other stuff in a blended pre-workout product, but at least I felt a good pump from those. No fault for being an unflavored product, but it's sour and can start to come back as a heart-burn feeling while you're working, so sometimes have to eat or drink something to sit on top of it. I don't hate it, but it's pretty easy to notice a pump, and I don't feel it. I'll either try a different brand or give up on taking pure Cit.
That's it, I give up. I've tried two products from this company both of which sucked. With this one in particular, there should be a warning on the label on what this garbage does to your stomach. It's bad enough that it takes forever to even get close to dissolving, but the gas and bloating is just unbelievable. I'll try to send it back and get a refund but I definitely would not recommend anything from this company.
