Its good it has no taste when mixed with juice. I dont fill starving or bloated.
I have a micro tear in my hip muscle that I hadn't been able to heal in 2 years. After a few months of taking L-glutamine (and not even every day), I can go running again! I am so relieved... I do take it with whey protein, which I'm sure helps. It's yucky just on its own in water, but I mix it in with smoothies or fresh juices. It does dissolve very well in water. This product is great value, so it doesn't hurt to try. Hopefully it helps you as it helped me!

This product dissolves easels in tea. I use it to strengthen muscles in digestion tract to prevent GERD
It works good. I drink one scoop in the morning on an empty stomach. Make sure to drink lots of water through out the day
