I was told as we age our bodies no longer generate CO Q 10 so this is a must have. It actually gives me a little boost. Just wish it came in a bigger bottle.

My husband and I are very happy with this flavorful supplement! I can't swallow pills larger than a baby aspirin or small Vitamin D gels, so these are easy to take, being chewable. Highly recommend!
I have been unable to swallow CQ10 pills because of their size. Getting a chewable version enabled me to keep taking CQ10.
