Easy to use and clean. I purchased it for pressure canning and am not disappointed. I would recommend this item.
I love this thing!
I was overwhelmed by the size but once I put food in it and started working with it I was overjoyed and the taste of the food with so little time to cook. Just get yours.
We do a lot of catering and I am amazed at how much I can cook at a time. This has made a huge difference in the time I need to prepare. It also takes up much less space on a counter than a regular toaster. Potato salad and bean making is so much simpler!
only used it 4 times so far. we had a 6 quart, but it wasn't big enough. The lid is hinged, which is really nice. the lid is removable for cleaning. Very happy with it.
We purchased this pressure cooker after numerous friends and family members told us about their experience. We picked this model for the size. We have a large family of 11. So far we are very impressed. A delicious roast dinner, some ribs, and we even did a small turkey with stuffing. All delicious and fast. We did sauerkraut and pork and it was finished in less than an hour, all while tasting like it was in the oven for over 4 hours!
It is perfectly simple to operate. It perfectly cooks everything. I have used it just about every day since o received it.
I'm new to pressure cookers. I wanted a larger one to be able to do larger meals. So far it is good, I'll update the review as I get more experience.
Our stove is induction so we're unable to use the more inexpensive aluminum pressure canners. We bought this to pressure can salsa/green beans, etc. It works great for that and we've also been pleased at how fast and tender it cooks meats, beans, etc.
It would be a great pressure cooker if the base wasn't broken. I noticed it wasn't sitting level so I looked underneath and seen that it was broken in two places and was collapsing in on itself. I'm bringing it back today to Walmart. We'll see what happens.
