I love this product. I read reviews before buying. I decided to give it a try. Was hesitant due to inexpensive price. (Thought to good to be true.) It is truly a great product. Stays on all day. Does not smear. Very happy with it. Will defiantly be a repurchase.
I love this eyeliner! It applies very smooth and creamy, which is what I prefer. And, it is multifunctional. I use it as an eyeliner and as a brow pencil as well. I tested this product for free, but all opinions are my own. I'd totally purchase this product at this advertised price!
I used to use mac eye pencil because I thought I couldn't find a better one but this one is more pigmented and last all day. I really love it and for this price you can't get a better one. I be buying more of it
I'm a brunette and I usually use a black eyeliner, but on a whim not too long ago, I decided to try a different color. It's wonderful! I like this color, Smoky Plum, because it makes my eyes stand out better and people have been commenting on how nice my eyes look. I love NYC Waterproof Eyeliner in general because of how well it stays and doesn't smear or fade. I have tried a lot of other eyeliners, a lot of other brands, but they all seem to end up smeared and people ask if I'm tired. This one has done the best job so far staying in place and not smudging or smearing during the day.
I have been using NYC New York Color Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil for many many years. I had not been able to find it so I would search the Internet & order as many pencils as I could find. This last time I looked for it - I found it Online at Walmart. I was so thrilled!! This Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil is definitely waterproof and stays on all day long. I live in a hot and humid climate plus my skin is oily and this eyeliner has staying power I was upset when I couldn't find it anymore but now I have a new source!

I tested NYC New York Color for free, but all opinions are your own. This is a good eyeliner, but it's not very pigmented. I have darker eyeliners that I like better. This eyeliner is only good on the top eyelid not on the waterline. I kept having to reapply it all throughout the day to my waterliner because it did not last and wasn't very dark. I love the blackest black on my eyes. This didn't wash off easy, I had to use makeup remover oil to get it off my top eyelids. Washing my face with soap only smeared the eyeliner all over my eyes, but didn't completely remove it. Other then it not being as dark as I like it to be I would still recommend this eyeliner to others because some people don't like darker eyeliners. If thats the case then this is the eyeliner for you! It does apply real easy and precise so it's a great liner to create eyeliner wings with.
I thought I would try this pencil, since I like the automatic one from this line. This glides on smoothly, and is super pigmented. I love the look it gives. It doesn't last like I would like. But I also have very oily skin, so that doesn't help, I'm sure.
this goes on really smooth and creamy at first, making it an easy application without having to press hard for color. I purchased it because it was waterproof, which it is, but not immediately after application. it doesnt smudge about an hour after application. You must wait for that.
I love everything about this color and how it glides but the end of the pencil got stuck in the cap and now I cannot cap the make up closed to keep it fresh. I only had it like two weeks! I cannot find an address to even talk to customer service on their own website!
