Don't waste your time trying any other nasal aspirator. This OCCObaby works great! The noise is a bit loud but not a deal breaker when you want to help your baby breathe better. I originally purchased a different battery operated nasal aspirator that cost less, and as soon as I used it for the first time I knew it was no good. I should've saved myself the hassle and bought this the first time it was recommended to us by an acquaintance. Easy to use, easy to clean, great suction (not harmful). I would absolutely recommend this one.
Not only is the quality top of the line but the tip sizes are extremely convenient. My 2 month old doesn't fuss and the suction is perfect, not too rough on him yet powerful enough to do the job instantly. Good bye bulb aspirators..

Been using this device for a month now. Have no issues. Cleanes my 10 month old perfectly. She doesn't like it but she doesn't like any nasal activities done to her. Pros: fast, portable, easy to clean, good tips. Cons:none at this point

This is great for newborns ! My daughter is a little over a month old and after she was born using the hand aspirator was a total nightmare! She hated it and despised me for putting her though it! I purchased this product and One it came way before it was scheduled, Two its so much easier esp if you make homemade Saline drops, all the mucus comes out with NO problem. She doesn't exactly like it all the time but a few times she just gave me a weird confused look while I was using it. It is a little noisy, my only complaint, BUT you can put your finger over the hole for less noise but I don't because it doesn't seem to suction as well (just my opinion.) Overall extremely pleased and will use this the rest of her childhood.
This works well to extract mucus. Unfortunately, my son does not like the sound of it and gets upset when I simply press the button, not to mention using it.
It stopped working the first day I got it do not buy this waste of money and time
