Perfect
I use the orange tip and tip my head completely sideways while “blowing out“ one side of my nose. I slowly breathe out of my nose so that my nostril closest to the sink is where everything gets flushed out of. I then blow my nose repeatedly until clear and then I repeat on the other side. This stuff works! I am able to rinse out my sinus cavities and keep myself from getting ill, due to severe allergies and the threat of sinus infections and upper respiratory problems. I love this stuff! It really works.

I have congestion with my sinus passages every morning and the above product has been clearing them each day for a number of years. I highly recommend it.
Easy to use and very effective at rinsing out sinuses. Eliminates need for mixing any solutions. Also like the way Pharmapacks secures each individual top with tape. Some tops will come off during shipment if this is not done.
This is a great product. We had no problem with disorder.
I love this sinus rinse and would freak out if it was no longer made or available. It's expensive but worth it since it is the only one that helps me since it has a high pressure to spray into nasal passages. I have many sinus issues unfortunately and this works miraculously !
Product arrived securely packed in box with no breakage or spillage, which is very important. Reason for four stars instead of five is that the delivery time is a bit on the slow side.
It works well to keep my sinuses comfortable during allergy season. It's pricey, but I've tried other saline products and have come back to Ocean Complete. The white, fine mist nozzle is what I prefer.
This product is a very good product. However when my shipment arrived every can had a broken seal on it. Who knows if they had been tampered with. The broken seal was not something that could have happened in transport. I had to return the product. The only consolation was the people at the service counter at Walmart were very understanding and agreed I shouldn't keep and use the product. The did the return in the store and took care of the shipping. Now I just have to see if the refund comes back to my account.
