I like everything about this chair. Nice quality, sturdy. Very satisfied.
great chair, took 2 people to assemble, connecting seat to back, was the hardest part, and arms were a little tuff to put on just need 1 person to put weight on them and line up holes and it will work!!
First off: This chair is well-made. It is definitely made for the big and tall. I am 6'10" and 320 lbs. 2nd: Great support for the back. My backside gets a bit sore after awhile, not a deal-breaker because that is an ongoing issue there. Third: I wish the seat was a bit more comfortable. It is quite firm. This is my first "leather" chair as I always have had cloth. Perhaps I will get used to it. Minor issues: The wheels don't roll very well. Not a big deal since I have a plastic mat. Putting this together was a pain; the screws don't match exactly right. This chair is quite heavy; 68 lbs. It was difficult to get the back onto the seat cushion. There was a hole in the box when delivered; not a big deal as nothing was damaged. All parts were accounted for and instructions are well laid out. There were some extra screws in the box as well. Pneumatic lift works as advertised. You can lean back without any problem. Overall: I recommend this chair for the big and tall; I wish it was a bit more comfortable. It is sharp looking as I prefer black; there is an espresso colored one as well. It should last for many years.
I needed the chair for its weight support. but the seat is too deep and I needed to add a back cushion.,
Nice chair once assembled, but it's design made it terrible to assemble. Worst I have ever seen to put together!! I would have probably given it either a 4 or 5 if they had made things actually line up so that assembly would not have been a pain!! Great Chair once finished.
