This hole punch requires you to push down on the lever and then push down a lock at the base of the lever. You can't just walk up to it and use it. You also can't hold your paper in place while you punch. You have to use both hands for the hole punch. Then the lock part gets stuck somehow and it doesn't work after that.
Middle hole punch does not work because the screw is stripped at the end and will not tighten.
