The chair delivery time was fast (TX). The assembly good too, used extra tools for us to easily complete the task. Looks really nice and pretty. Performs WONDERFUL!!! Only thing that made it 4 stars is that close to the end of the day my behind starts to hurt as if I was sitting down on a flat hard surface or those metal folding chairs. Working hrs are 8-5 m-f in a office so I get up through out the day and by the last 2 days of the week it starts to hurt earlier in the day. And during the wkend when I seat on a hard surface I feel the same way as if I had been at the office the whole day but for the most part is soft surfaces and the "pain/feeling" goes away. And then Monday here we come :'D I picked this chair because few years ago we use to have one like this one, and that one was soft, thought this one will be the same. But then got to thinking that the softness could of been from the use of it which is understandable but never imagine it would start to hurt my behind since the chair is confortable to seat on, you know.... Anyways, we are going to have to work on the softness. If I can't handle it then we'll have to return it as it has Satisfaction Guarantee. Because even my boss used to use my desk when I wasn't around and told me "you really don't want me to sit at your desk anymore!" and kept telling me this for like 2 wks LOL Ps. I've been using this chair for a month
Overall, this is a very good chair. It is easily as good as chairs costing 2 or 3 times as much. The only disappointment is that the back, although adjustable, stays at the adjusted, fixed position. If the back was hinged and working off of a heavy spring, it would be perfect. The anti-microbial vinyl upholstery is a huge plus, and actually what caught my eye first when I was looking for a new chair. Very generous, comfortable padding makes it a delight to sit in.
