I use this 'men's aluminum free deodorant' as the 'women's aluminum free deodorant' never seems to work for me. It's soft and creamy, and has a great scent! Please keep making the Gentlemens Blend line as it works well and it smells good too.
I like the fact that they have a large variety of food. It's very easy to choose what you want and then pay for it. And I had mind delivered and being disabled. That was the biggest help I ever had
Husband likes that it doesn't leave buildup (the 48 hour ANTI-PERSPIRANT will). He also enjoys knowing there is no aluminum in it. He tends to be a heavy sweater, but this keeps his underarms in check.
My son likes this aluminum free deodorant scent best. He says the smell is not too sweet or aggressive. A good scent for those with sensitivity to smell.
My skin is usually agitated by typical deodorants but the Gentlemans collection gives me no issues. A little more expensive than regular deodorant, but worth it to avoid the irriation. Plus, smells great.
I love old spice, i'm an advocate for it! especially the aluminum free! However, this specific scent causes my armpits to break out in flaring rashes that itch and burn for over a week. The discomfort is similar to eczema. To test I have tried multiple sticks of this same scent, sticks containing aluminum, and all other scents. Only this scent in particular causes is, and no I do not have sensitive skin. Perhaps it is the salt? either way, take this as a warning before buying.
Honestly, I really like the deodorant. It feels much better than all the other aluminum free deodorants since it goes on dry and not wet feeling like all the other standard deodorant sticks. It also stays smelling good all day. HOWEVER, it eventually stains my shirts bright yellow. They are worse stains than any other deodorant/antiperspirant I've ever used. Sometimes doesn't show up for a few washes but always eventually does and the shirts will come out with bright yellow stains. I have to soak the shirts in oxiclean for hours to get them out. I've tried the different scents and they all do it. The deodorant is aluminum free so not sure what in it is causing the stains. Sucks because otherwise I love the deodorant. Makes it unusable though when it's constantly leaving horrible stains on my shirts.
I love Lavender, so when I saw this being marketed to men I just had to give it a try. The scent is somewhat feminine...even if it is for the "Gentleman". I won't buy it again.
I used to love using this stuff because it smells great and it was a good alternative to the stuff that would irritate my skin. But now it irritates my armpits and gives me a rash just like the ones I tried to avoid.
