I love this product! Some nights I have trouble getting to sleep and this gummy comes to my rescue! Good price and good product! It helps you fall asleep soon after you take it! If you wake up in the night, you won't have any trouble falling back asleep! No groggy feeling in the morning! Highly satisfied with this product! You will be too!
These things really do the trick. I can get to sleep and get a full rest with them. The only downside is if you try to get up too early with them, you'll feel groggy.
I take this 30mins before I want to fall asleep and it honestly starts making me sleep 10-15 mins after. It normally takes me hours to fall asleep after laying down but now I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. The gummies don't taste like medicine so easy to chew and nice taste! I definitely would recommend trying ☺️
I have insomnia %26 have for years. I'll cycle thru the melatonin pills and they suck. I was skeptical about these but wow! I couldn't believe how well they work. Sounds silly but follow the directions! I chewed thoroughly %26 ate 2 %26 it was like clockwork. Phone down, lights %26 tv off, no stimulation %26 30 min ish later I was SUPER sleepy!! I slept SOLID! Amazing lol. And I didn't wake up groggy. I will say if you don't give yourself enough sleep (for me, less than 6hrs) and you might be a little groggy waking up.
I was honestly surprised! I have tried many sleep aids over the years and the only thing that has worked for me is another purple brand… but sometimes those are a little intense. These gummies worked really well :)) have really helped me adjust my sleep as I changed a shift at work.
Works well to help me fall asleep; however, it does take it longer to make me sleepy than 30 minutes after I take it. I do realize that each person is different. Once it does make me sleepy, I do fall asleep fairly quickly.
I have a sleeping problem as well as a personal problem. A lot of my things or changed in my apartment. So 5he first time I took the medicine, no effect. The 2nd time, no affect. But I had some last night and I rested for a longer time which is good because I am mentally exhausted.
