I've had all kinds of multivitamins and currently have settled on these. I don't love that they are gummies BUT it's nice that I don't have to have a drink to ingest these because I cannot tell you how many times I've gone to get something to drink so I can take my vitamins for the day, DRANK the whole drink and totally forgot to take the vitamins with it… First world problems, I know. But with these I can just eat them whenever. The taste isn't great, but I've had worse tasting gummies. No comment on ingredients. I did very minor research and it seemed like it had ok ingredients. For me multivitamins are just supplemental for a less-than-ideal diet. More peace of mind than anything else… placebo!! Lol

These are blackberry blitz flavor so it smells great and tastes just like them. I love how this is a multi vitamin so he is getting important and beneficial vitamins for his age and he never forgets to take these. These are a 45 day supply so he doesn't have to remember constantly to buy them. This is perfect for him because he doesn't need to have food or drink on his stomach to take these and they are fast and convenient to take on his way to work.

It packs a bunch of essential vitamins in there too- A-C-D-E-B, thiamin, folate, niacin, zinc, CoQ10 and more. Nice size jar with 90 chews. They do have a "vitamin" smell to them when you open the container- but they taste great. For me, I prefer gummy vitamins because they feel more like a treat than a pill. Love these!

They are very easy to chew and do not need to be taken with food or drink which is definitely a plus. There is also no bad aftertaste. I would probably say that I like some chewable vitamins better but for a gummy vitamin, this works.
