Great product. Love using it right before bed for a good night sleep.
They work when melatonin products previously have not worked for me. I take 2 on a weeknight like it says on the bottle but I take 3 on weekends. Highly recommend trying.

Hello. This is a good, natural sleep aid. I add this to a prescription medication for sleeping. There's just the right amount of Melatonin. Too much can make one dizzy, so you have to limit the amount of it you take. I add this to a natural relaxer and sleep very well.
This has been almost a "miracle" for me! I was only getting 2-3hrs a night of sleep, if I was lucky! After starting this product, I have been sleeping 6-7hrs a night & feeling better when I wake up! Thank You for having this product!
I feel like my kids have to take more then I prefer. They taste like candy which isn't a good thing either. I would rather them learn to fall asleep on their one til they are adults and can make the decision to take a sleeping aid or not. Over all not very impressed.
I bought this a month ago. I know I have some serious sleep issues but wanted to get away from Tylonol Pm. Olly Sleep 1 chewable, didn't do anything. 2 chewables did put me to sleep after 3 hours. I've increased to 3 but good gosh, the dreams were a bit much. Product isn't for me. it tastes good though.
They work just as well as the Walmart brand. But they have extra stuff in them my doctor says that I need . So I have to pay the price. but if you don't need the extra and just need melatonin, the cheap stuff works just as well, maybe even better. I use 1 of these for my anxiety through the day and the cheap stuff with just melatonin at night to save money. They help with lowered anxiety and panic. I can give them that, but the price is outrageous for what you get.
