So far, it's good
I began to take this under MD's instructions while undergoing an antibiotic treatment for a hand infection. I've decided to continue taking this supplement. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Gluten-free ingredients you don't need to avoid: caramel color, maltodextrin, and maltose (these are all made from corn), dextrose, glucose syrup (these are gluten-free even if made from wheat due to their extensive processing), distilled vinegar (this is gluten-free even if made from wheat because the distillation ... It is a great product. It will help you in a multitude of ways.

Very effective with no side effects
My digestive system function shows noticeable improvement. I feel confident this product is contributing to my immune system health.
No way to be sure any product is as claimed, but I find this product packaged well (individual capsules in bubble pkgs) and seems to work as well as the OTC products I bought in the past.
Contains prebiotic and probiotic. Important to have both. Reasonable cost.
