I have ordered this brand before so I was familiar with it. The product was exactly as stated.
Rate of absorsion y high
I liked that it brings 300 pills and its a moderate price
Slightly hard to swallow, but overall pretty good. It's effective without a bunch of side effects. I definitely prefer the magnesium citrate over magnesium oxide. It seems more effective.
The label says in large print "400mg per serving". Then on the Back in small print "3 capsules per serving".
