The Olympus TP-8 Telephone Pick-Up combines a telephone pick-up, earphone, and microphone in one small unit. It's perfect for recording phone calls and suitable for most mobile phones. All you have to do is plug the TP-8 into the mic jack on your voice recorder and place the earphone into your ear. Although the TP-8 is ideal for cellular phones, it also works for landlines and DECT calling. For added comfort, small, medium, and large size earpiece tips are included.

it is really just as simple as described. I didn't have to download, add drivers, or do anything other than plug it in and open my sound recorder on my computer. Crystal clear recording.. One thing to be careful about - if you close the sound recorder before saving the file you will lose the recording! That's due to computer software though, not the device
I got this to help me take notes from meetings. It really works I'm impressed with how great it works.
Pros: Works well Cons: Many Recorders Don't Have, Must Have Microphone Port, Microphone Port To Work Other thoughts: Your recorder must have a microphone port for this to work. Mine only had an ear head set port. Had to purchase a recorder with both ear and mic to work. Works well and would recommend.

This worked exactly how I'd hoped.
I haven't tested item yet but I have faith that it works. Sad that item isn't available in stores and had to pay for express shipping to receive item.
I recently bought this and it works great. The only downside is the recording isn't crystal clear when your listen back to it on your voice recorder. Very easy to use, which is probably my favorite feature.
I was very pleased with the results for this Olympus TP8 Recording Device when used in conjunction with a Sony PX312 digital recorder and my cell phone. Good clarity on the audio on both ends of the conversation; however, my end had a slight echo. Suggest setting the recorder for maximum gain even though this is probably what caused the echo on my end but it will assure good pickup on the other side. Overall I am glad I made the purchase. Good bang for the buck.
