My heels have been dry and cracked for years, and I was so embarrassed when I wore flip-flops (which is most of the time). They were so bad that they were snagging and ruining my nylons the first time I wore them. I saw a commercial on TV several years ago about this great lotion recommended for diabetics. Before that, I spent a small fortune on every "miracle product" for dry and cracked heels -- none of which worked. I saw the OnmiBalm in the diabetic products at Wal-Mart and bought a tube. At first I used it twice a day (with socks on) and then switched to just bedtime. My only complaint is that Wal-Mart no longer carries it in their stores, so I now have to order it on line and pay for shipping.
