I'm so glad my boyfriend gets to try out these vitamins because he doesn't always eat right when he's at work, so now I'm confident that with these One A Day vitamins he'll at least get the much needed vitamins his body craves.

He said the six key vital functions in the vitamin are imperative for men his age.
