I just purchased this One A Day multivitamin/multimineral supplement for my husband. I chose this one because the pill is smaller than other brand in the market. The ingredients are great with most important vitamins. He tolerates this multivitamin tablet well, no bloating, nausea or constipation. It's only one tab a day which is very convenient. So far I am happy with the purchase.

i take this one every morning before work . It help me have energy in the morning but it don't have any taste and the tablet kind of big . Good vitamins for cheap price .
My husband takes them. The bottle we purchased was the 300 tablets so that's a lot for price. You take them once a day with food. Tablets are never tasty but if you have something to eat and drink with it it goes right down. When taken on routine you can notice small changes.
I unfortunately caught COVID last year and have since been dealing with the effects of long covid, a lot of deficiencies. I picked this up to get back into taking daily vitamins, but was really let down by how much this vitamins DOESN'T do. I usually take Solgar multivitamins, which does a much better job at helping me sustain energy and take on the day. The One A Day vitamin didn't do that for me. I took it for a full month before purchasing Solgar again.
