The pill is to be taken daily and it's not overly large sized, so most people won't have an issue swallowing it. The mix of vitamins and minerals is great and I feel like this will definitely help me in overall maintaining a healthy body. I recommend the else vitamins for all genders and age groups.

This is the only vitamins we use it has helped us stay healthy and not get sick as much in the past two years. The price is not bad. It doesn't taste bad.

Not sure if this has something to do with it or not but I am going to keep taking them. I do wish it had iron in it which I need.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's nothing bad about them. They give me no side affects or bad taste. Just be careful cause this is pretty potent so if you have another multivitamin you take I would check it and make sure your not over dosing on any of the ingredients.

I also really like the pretty blue color of the pills, however with that said, they are really large and somewhat difficult to swallow, so I don't find the experience of taking these vitamins to be particularly enjoyable. If that's not a factor for you, it's definitely a great supplement to get an immunity boost we all could use especially during the colder months.
