I have taken these mostly daily im not a good pill swallower so the chewable viracraves work for me the best. Keep my energy up and keep me moving good

I love One A Day Vitacraves. They are chewy gummies and taste great! The flavor is tropical fruit. I like that we can all take the same vitamin( husband, teen son, myself). I don't have to buy seperate types, this one is an all in one and good for all of us.
I am very happy with the vitacraves and will order more in the future.
good taste & around 100% of needed daily requirement of your basic vitamins & minerals versus the 1.5-10 times over what is recommended found in some supplements. The two gummy dose allows me to take one in am, one in pm, to simply add an extra 50% to my morning and early evening nutrition, keeping it in my system throughout my day.
These gummies are really hard to chew .
Item came completely melted inside. Returning by mail or in store gives me to the next day or I'll be recharged any refund. I am not happy about the time constraint. I did not see a heat sensitive warning. If I had I would not have ordered the delivery. 1 solid chunk.
