I've never taken multivitamins before because of the size of the pills. Ive always had trouble swallowing large pills. After reading reviews on One A Day vitamins I decided to go for the gummies despite the fact that some reviews say the taste is not that great. I am very finicky however, I was very surprised that I actually liked the taste and they are small too. I liked the texture as well they don't stick to your teeth lol.

I personally like to take a 'gummy' instead of an actual pill. My body has a hard time absorbing nutrients due to surgery. That being said, these are perfect for my daily needs. As well, they do not contain high fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners. If you are looking for a good brand, I really like the One A Day brand.....check them out!!

I bought these vitamins based on the percent daily value of vitamins, but when I received them from Walmart it did not match what was advertised when I ordered it. See photos. But on the plus side, the vitamins do not taste horrible as some other reviews would suggest. They are firm and do not taste like real candy, but are just fine.
These vitamins are coated with sugar; the first ingredient is sugar and the second is Glucose syrup. They're going back.
