I started taking vitamins in the past 2 years, I see my health has improved significantly, I no longer feel tired and sleepy when working, I have more health to participate in activities. This ONE a day women's complete multivitamins is the only one I'm willing to take. No after taste. This has everything you need daily in it! A lot of other multivitamin are missing key nutrients . Make sure you eat something when you take these. If you don't, they might make you sick and nauseous. nauseous. I almost barfed when I took one of these on an empty stomach and they also made me dizzy. Works for someone like me who is always tired

I started taking these one a day multivitamin gummies because I had zero energy throughout the day. The directions are to take 2 gummies a day. I wouldn't say they are great tasting at all, but I rather chew these gummies than to swallow a pill. Along with taking these multivitamin gummies I have started exercising and eating healthier and I feel a lot better than I did prior to these changes. I will continue to take these daily because I think it's important to get your daily value of each vitamin.
