I'm pre-diabetic, 6.7. I do exercises: thread mill, lift weight and crunches also limited my sweetness, but it's kind of doesn't help much. One day I found out Berberine on the diabetes web, with good previews, I thought I should give it a try. It's been 2 week, 2 capsules , twice a day. I haven't check my A1c yet, but I bought a glucose meter to test , I got a very impressive results: in the morning: under 99, 2 hrs after dinner: 110. I think it's help to digest my glucose. Can't wait for the A1c test by the end of November. Will update later.

this product is probably okay but I am irritated that their bottle is misleading. All other suppliers have their product front label accurately stating mg per capsule, etc. My bad (I guess) for not noticing on the back that it is only 500 mg per serving. I thought I was getting 1000 mg per capsule.
