My husband installed this system at our business location. We are very pleased with the clarity of the cameras and in the ease of installation. We like that we can select areas of the cameras view to ignore for recording purposes that way passing cars aren't triggering the camera to record constantly. it does what we want which is to monitor our business on site and remotely and it records any events for our later review and it does this clearly. We are very happy
These cameras are amazing. Amazing build quality, Amazing Image Clarity, amazing features, and everything you need to setup a home security system. The AI detection is spot on and I love the ability to be able to view every camera all at once. It's also a nice feature that the cameras are not fixed and can be moved using the console remotely to ensure you have the best coverage possible. This system also includes local storage, and remote features using the app, meaning you can setup a professional survelience system for home at an affordable price. . If you're looking for a security camera system, I would highly recommend this one!

I am really happy with this camera system. The cameras are well made and have metal enclosures. The 60' included network cable is very generous. The NVR recorder works well and the app is great for live monitoring, replay, and download footage. The integrated security lights are brighter than expected and work great!
Deciding on a reliable, easy-to-operate, Home or Business video security system can be overwhelming. I know, because I spent weeks researching what system to get to replace my aging Blue Iris IP camera system. I'm happy I decided to take a chance on the ONWOTE 16 channel Video security NVR and camera system. It's been really impressive. I have the NVR set to record 24-7 and it does it with ease and hardly makes a sound in my network closet. The camera video images are spectacular! My old Blue Iris system was powered with 1080p cameras so these 6MP Onwote cameras look like "the state of the art" technology. If you're doing your research and you have narrowed it down to a few brands . . . you'll be very pleased if you go with the ONWOTE. -Todd
First off let's start with the packaging. The item was well packed and allows for minimal damage. Mine had none. The box comes with everything you need to get started. The four Cat5 cables are plenty long enough but you may need to purchase longer cables depending on your needs. We cannot blame Onwote for this as everyone's needs are different IMO. The app and software are easy to install and setup. The 2tb Hd holds plenty of video for backup as well! This system is very complete with everything that you need to install the camera system. Once you get the system installed and turn it on for the first time you will be amazed. The install instructions are very easy to follow and quite frankly the options are nothing short of amazing. I love the picture quality. The 4K cameras are clear and crisp and the night vision is much better than I expected. The system has smart detection which means it can identify people and automobiles and will alert you. This system is an excellent value.
I installed the system on my property, and I was very surprised at how easy it was to connect everything up. There was no programming. There was no set up. It was a true plug and play camera security system. The cameras had a lot of flexibility and how they could be placed and where they could point to. I installed all four cameras in about 20 minutes. They include plenty of long cable to reach the NVR but you could always buy longer ethernet cables up to 330 feet. I really like that I didn't have to mess with any power cables. The image was crystal clear and streaming over the air to my iPhone has been very impressive. I'm coming from the nest camera system that just got very slow and the app crashes all the time now that Google bought them. I'm so glad I switched back to a power over ethernet camera security system that I never have to worry about it being connected to the network or not.
The process to set this up is so simple and the picture is super clear. Everything is just plug and play. The movement tracking is also top notch!
put cameras on,and DVR finds cameras quick. Having hard time to get system online, to view live on Android and windows. Following all directions, but nothing works. Thats the mai. reason for this purchase. Other than that,a great system.
