it works! saves time. remove polish/gel from all 5 fingers at the same time quickly. one finger options take forever. this is not meant for toenails. size of jar will tell you that right away. the brush doesnt last forever, but nothing does. brush lasts reasonably long time. jar is refillable so it's not necessary to buy another when empty. one of my jars leaked. a sheet of plastic wrap before screwing on lid fixed that problem, like it does for other leaking jars/bottles. i store it in a zip lock bag for added protection. i only wish it was available in store as it was in the past. for that reason, i give it 4 stars, otherwise, a 5 star product. the negative comments i read were unreasonable.
I ordered it twice and both times the jar arrives empty! The seal on this does not keep the product in and evaporates before arriving. Not sure how to rate this because I've tried twice to see and both times came up "empty handed" :(
I was dissatisfied with it, half of it leaked out on the way home, even though it was still sealed. The brush in side didn't really do anything. A waste of money
Bought this in store, got home and opened it up and there was literally nothing it it. I thought maybe I had to buy the liquid remover but now I see everyone has this problem. It's not just from buying online!
Item didn't work for me because the container was empty when it arrived.
I was looking falward to using remover and saving a little money going to jail salon. I was disappointed to open to find no remover left in a damp container.
It does remove the polish easily but there was only a little liquid in the container that barely covers my nails. I'm not sure how many removals I will get.
This item leaked out in shipping, as did the replacement that was shipped. A mess both times. Item's seal was not strong enough to be shipped.
When I received the product, even though it was sealed, there was no liquid in the container. I had to put in my own acetone in it, but once I did that, it only took a few seconds to remove the gel nail polish I had on with the brittles. I would give it 5 stars if not for the missing liquid and the fact that it was $2.98 at the store, instead of the $3.37 I paid online. Buy at your own risk online.
First one I received was completely empty due to shipping. Second one was cracked and had leaked some also. This item should be bought in store since packaging it is a problem.
