I love my phone. It actually looks new. no scratches ,I added my sim card and I have not had a problem..only thing i dont like is it doesn't take the regular earbuds in the bottom...it gotts be the ones that have the same end piece of C-charger
Upon opening the package everything was perfect. I have no complaints
Great so far! Got it for my daughter's 12th birthday, her first phone, and she is much pleased. There was minor evidence of wear on the chrome at the top, but the glass was perfect and otherwise seemed like new.
I really like the phone, the only draw back is the fingerprint. I used the fingerprint to access my accounts with my old phone this phone needs a better fingerprint reader. Works great with my smart watch.
I have to admit, I use my phones mostly for email, the internet, and taking photographs. This does an excellent job for all three.
So far no problems. Phone in condition described.
I had a Samsung and really like it so got one for my husband.
