Optimum Nutrition, Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder Naturally Flavored Vanilla tastes great with no after taste! This is the second container of Optimum Nutrition I've purchased. The first was Rocky Rock which also tastes good with no after taste. I use an old sports mixer shaker and the powder blends perfectly with my oat milk.
This protein is fantastic! I read reviews on it first before buying and I am impressed. Most protein powders that I've bought in the past have given me pretty bad ⛽, hehehe, but this one does not. I also do not make it as a drink, but I do make pancakes. 1 scoop vanilla ice cream powder, 2 T. liquid egg whites, 2 T. water, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, a few chopped walnuts. I eat them with blueberries and half of a banana. I did try to add bananas to the mix, but it kind of burnt them. I also make a weeks worth and freeze them. I will either pop them in the toaster or eat them half thawed, half frozen.

Great for a diabetic low carb chocolate milk replacement. Mixes well with an immersion or regular blender. Just mix the low carb milk of your choice and 1 scoop and blend. Only 4 carbs vs over 30 for a regular chocolate milk. Win!!!
I like the taste. I guess if someone else is considering this product; Optimum Nutrition is always a great choice when looking for a whey supplement. Easy to mix and you can use milk, almond milk, or water.
This product is amazing!!! of all the flavors available Rocky Road is the best tasting flavor out there right now. I have found a difficult to find this flavor in regular vitamin shops, protein shops Local to me. This brand has the best flavor and offers the best customer service . It is well known for how easily it blends.. definitely my favorite!! Thank you, Walmart for caring it in your stores or making it available for me to order online.
The product itself smells delicious. I've always loved OP whey protein. I bought it for the first time from Walmart.com instead of GNC or amazon. The lid was completely busted through as was the safety seal. My shipping box it came in and the blender bottle in the package were completely fine and unharmed. I was just sent a completely damaged container that had powder all in the box and over the container as well. Someone saw it was damaged and threw it in the box anyway to ship. I'd understand if this occurred in shipping but this occurred before it was packed in the box. They said 3-4 days after they receive the damaged container, THEN they'll send the replacement. It sucks having to wait even longer for my replacement for something I didn't do. Walmart needs to right this. Most disappointing shipment I've ever received from Walmart or even just online. Half the product was all in the box and spilled when the box opened.
