it's great. It cleans my teeth especially well. I highly doubt this brush.
I bought this to replace and older Oral B mechanical toothbrush and I can never go back to using that, or a manual toothbrush. The smaller head of this brush fits better toward the back teeth than the other toothbrush because the heads was bigger. I always had trouble brushing my back teeth which led to irritation, redness, and pain along the gum line. This toothbrush has aided in keeping those teeth clean. For those saying this screws up the gums, this brush pulsates when you press too hard, so maybe you're ignoring that? The bristles are somewhere between soft and medium, so of you press REALLY hard when you brush, you might find this toothbrush a bit abrasive. Hold the brush lightly and allow it to do its job, no need scrub your teeth like dirty pavement. Now, I only use a manual toothbrush to clean my tongue.
I only like using oral B. I find that it does it all for me as a toothbrush. Ty! Oral b!
Can't find the advertised 2 minutes feature.
It ‘s decent toothbrush but the battery runs out pretty quickly .around three times of brushing each lasting 3 to 4 minutes
I bought this electric toothbrush less than a week ago. I used it day and night each day. The battery flashed green (“time to recharge”) 3 days after it fully charged. Also, the instructions are not clear what the 3 modes are or how to recognize I have reached a different mode.
I want to love this toothbrush. For a decade I have used a reliable other VERY well known vibrating brand with a more traditional brush head and thought I would try this one for the fun of the round head. I love the brushing action of this, I dont know how to explain it, it's a lower tone vibration. I find it more easy to throughly clean around each tooth. With that said, the power switch ruins the entire experience to the point I am debating whether to return it. Sometimes I wonder how such a successful company could get something so wrong. I bet an elementary school student could engineer a more easy to press on and off switch. Im a pretty strong guy and dont mis-understand me, I dont have trouble turning it off but it takes a stupid amount of pressure to the point my wife wants to stick with her brand over this one. The on off switch doubles as a switch for how powerful the brush action you want. So if you turn it on to the first power level you have to push that hard to push button 3 times to turn it off.
This is powerful and cleans well. But I hate it because it bites me. There's a small opening in the front of the brush head that has a moving part and it grabs the inside of my lip for a second. it isn't terrible painful but it leaves little red dots in my mouth where it happens. It is a lot louder than their cheaper one, but again brushes my teeth well so that didn't bother me. The boring tho.. not acceptable.
I bought this toothbrush because my dentist said my gums were receding due to brushing too aggressively. He recommended I purchase an electric toothbrush with a pressure sensor. This claims to have one. I stupidly purchased 2. 1 for me and 1 for my husband because we are both aggressive brushers. This does nothing even when you press super hard. my dentist said it should have a light that turns different colors to help teach you the correct pressure. Apparently this model doesn't do that. Super disappointed.
Do not buy if you have any hand disability! The body is slick plastic that gets extremely difficulty to hold onto if it gets water or toothpaste suds on it. My old model had a rubber front and a ridged back that allowed a much better grip. Probably it's cheaper to make the smooth body than the one that had the rubber insert. I have had to wrap rubber bands around the handle to gain any control.
