My husband really like this product. We are both technology challenged so we were afraid the set up would be too much for us. Yea, it wasn't. We really like the large numbers, very easy to read.
Works well and is a fun "gadget" to have.
Hangs on the wall across from my bed looks great. Alarm comes on in the morning, lights up, and I can see outside temp, and weather outside. Love this clock. Can set alarm and other functions from remote I keep on nightstand. Only bad thing is I live in Mi, to far away for clock to set from atomic clock in Boulder Colorado (within 975 miles to work). But keeps perfect time. Easy setup.
Needs to come with more than one sensor. Also, the product was difficult to set up on first install.
I love the large numbers easy to read. Easy to set up. Like the light up light for night time. Only problem is I have never been able to get any outside temps. to show up. Outside that I like it.
Attractive design; does what it says it does. Easy setup....no complaints.
The product description says "Monitors indoor and outdoor temperatures from up to five remote locations". The only problem is the product comes with one remote sensor. Walmart does not sell remote sensors. Oregon Scientific does not even list this product on their website and their sensor list does not include those sensors indicated in the manufacturers product guide...a bit of a "catch 22" So, despite the inability to gety the sensors I wanted, I really like what I got.
The clock did not synchronise with the master clock and gives a incorrect time and temperature
A little mislead by product description. I thought it would be readable from across the room - light up, but it isn't. On the positive side, the product seems to give accurate temp. readings and my husband is pleased with it. I do feel it is overpriced though.
It was complicated to get set up. Once we got the unit set up and finally got it to synchronize with the sensor it lasted about 2 minutes and quit transmitting between the unit and the sensor and never could get to work again. Ended up returning to the store for a full refund and purchased a less expensive unit that we have not had any trouble out of.
