I roasted alone with sunflower, pumpkin seeds and added them to roasted oats, peanut butter, Medjool dates, cranberries, and honey to end up with delicious energy bars, This almonds, roasted again, turned out crunchy, not tooth breaking when eating them. Very pleased with my purchase.
