These carrots are so weird. It's full of peels, ends and full-length whole carrots! I feel like the Universe is scolding me for trying to but a convenience food lol I am all for the waste-nothing ugly food movement, but this bag of peeled, washed, ready-to-go baby carrots was supposed to be the thing I didn't have to mess with. The easy, mindless part of packing my kid's snacks and lunches...
Shopper would not chat about substitution when I didn't want what they suggested. I sent a couple of messages right away and they were ignored I noticed they were checking g out and again sent message. Driver didn't respond until they left the store. Several of the things I bought went with the meat i had planned, but if shipper won't chat it doesn't do any good.
Out of Stock! Please Refund!!
These are expired, dated 12/23/23. They were delivered to me after this date.
carrots are dry and white coated not fresh
A portion of the bag is ROTTEN inside. Soft and gooey!! GROSS!!!
My produce often comes damaged when I order pick up groceries from Walmart. Its happened a lot where it is damaged or mostly I receive half rotting food. Like this bag of carrots which were already dried out and it could cearly be seen theough the bag. Whats frustrating about paying full price and receiving less then standard produce? t The fact that I live about an hour away and don't inspect it until I'm home and I bought it because I meed it for a recipe roght away as I pre prep food foe the week. If I do check everything before I leave, and I refuse it, then that just means I'm heading back inside the store to do my own shopping- so whats the point of pick up? Also, I'd like it known that Walmart charged my card without my knowledge for a membership which cost me $115 or more for 1 year and and so far for the year, with this membership I never authorized, I've saved a whopping $22.00! You tell me who is winning here? Time 5o shop elsewhere.
This shouldn't have been left in the store for anyone to purchase, it's almost a month after the best buy date. This is not the first time either, it seems like everytime I place a pickup order they give rotten or less than quality produce.
I ordered two baby back. peeled carrots, 2 lb bags and I got two 12 oz bags ?
I picked up groceries via curbside pick up and a small package of baby carrots was not edible. Although, item was only $2.96, I was asked to return back to the store??? First, the perishable item should not have been slimy. Second, how could you ask and or inconvenience the customer to drive back to return a $3 rotten item???? Does not make sense.
