Great product. Wish it was organic but it doesnt clump like our last round of organic razz powder did and still has great color, flavor and texture.
This was on the ingredient list for an Online baking class I took. (Bake with a Legend Raspberry Macarons). I just wanted a small bag since I didn’t think I would ever use it all - but this is so yummy! Very good taste of fresh raspberries!

I like the raspberry powder in my white chocolate bars, and I don't skimp on that stuff, I use a lot because it soaks up the butter perfectly and theres no fibery texture, just smoothe as silk
It just takes from 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of raspberry powder to give a noticeable raspberry flavor to your tea, whether the base is black tea or a herbal mix.

Disgusting in that has added maltodextrin which is pure sugar, refined sugar, which goes straight to the poor pancreas to wreak havoc.
I ordered 4 oz and only recieved a 2 oz bag. Very disappointed.
