I love this product. Good price. The color tells me that the whole seed was used (without the shell of course). I've used another product that was white. That tells me they didn't use the beautiful green covering of the seed. The consistency is a very nice fine powder. I use it for my smoothies everyday. Perfect for me as a Vegan. Organic as well Thank you!
The pumpkin seed powder smells and tastes fresh, and it's very good when added to juice blends with banana.

Love the raw pumpkin seed protein powder. Mild flavor, mixes well in oat groats. Great extra boost of protein!
Love the flavor of this protein powder! Great for making gluten-free cookies, giving them an extra rich flavor. I'll be using it for protein ball snacks too.
I prefer this to the roasted version although that's purely personal preference. This type of protein powder makes my baked items soft and easily mixes into the recipe. I do a lot of heavy lifting and protein powder with iron is a lovely thing due to my struggling with anemia. Shipping is always fast and I've always gotten exactly what I ordered.

This is a great way to get in all the nutrition of pumpkin seeds without the added fat! I add vanilla extract, cinnamon and stevia and it's my companion at the gym every morning.
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: China...As good as it sounds, I can't trust this and hope they will reconsider the Country of Origin on their sourcing.
