The plant I received in my online pickup order had about 2-3 inch tall stems, far from the item picture. At what point do the pickers use discretion? I ordered 2 basil plants with this item and they were wilted.
Rosemary was dry and almost dead. Won't buy this again. Very small.
Had a rosemary plant in my grocery list for pickup. Got home and it was more dead than alive. Took it back to Walmart that night to get a refund or exchange and the girl informed me that she could do neither, no refund or exchange on plants. Why not Walmart?? Maybe you need to teach your pickup people the difference between a dead or alive plant. I was very disappointed.
The Rosemary was dead not watered and the associate that picked my groceries had to know it was dead and dried out. It is only $2.48 and they wanted me to return it to the store for credit. That means I'd spend more in gas and time than the value of the item. I believe it is the policy of Walmart to sent marginal produce to their delivery customers. I get stuff that is old and damaged all of the time. I never say anything about it. So, Im very upset that I keep getting treated this way.
