Can eat dry as is and tastes great. I haven't had freeze dried corn that tasted this flavourful before. Also great in soups as well. Highly recommended to try once.
We use this sweet corn in our Corn cookies, it results in the most delicious sweet corn, sugary/buttery deliciousness. Will be buying again.
The corn is so sweet and because it is freeze dried and lite you get a great deal of corn for the weight. The Corn is simply amazing!

Tasts so good as-is! I stored it in my food saver bags for extended long-term storage. I'm tempted to buy another bag for everyday use, though. It also rehydrated perfectly.
